Mansion areas included: are Grand Staircase, Foyer, Piano Room, Sun Room, Library, Catering Kitchen, Dining Room, Mary’s Chamber, Earl’s Chamber, Club Room, Elevator, and spacious grounds which cover one full city block.

Seminars, Business Meetings, Team-Building, Executive Retreats, Luncheons, Lectures. Christmas Parties, Bridal or Baby Showers, Birthday or Milestone events. Do you have an event idea not listed? Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Monday-Thursday (Tables and Chairs Included)

 $500/hour per room (minimum of 2 hours). Please contact us for max guest size in your room of interest.

50 Guest Maximum. Mansion Spaces Included: Grand Salon, Sun Room, Garden Room, Dining Room, Harwell Hall, Museum, Club Room, Catering Kitchen, and Spacious Grounds.

Friday or Saturday (Tables and Chairs Included)

Sunday (Tables and Chairs Included)

For Executive Retreats or events in need of reserving one or more of our boutique suites with their venue rental, please contact us for specialized packages.

Miscellaneous Services

Look what else you can do at the Harwelden Mansion

Enjoy the beautiful grounds, porches and gardens of the mansion for your photo client. Price is for 4 hours

Includes mansion’s spacious grounds, bridal and groom suites (Mary and Earl’s Chambers), Grand Salon, Sun Room, Garden Room, Dining Room, and Catering Kitchen. 1 hour use of mansion during the weekday for a photo session included.  

Historical tour of the mansions’ grounds, historic rooms, architecture, archive, and history for up to 5 guests. Each additional guest is $20. 

NOTE: Pricing may have an increase during peak times and holidays.
